Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities of Rehabilitation/Renovation of Schools and Community Water Facilities, ensuring smooth execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the site workforce, including civil and MEP labour contractors as well as skilled and unskilled daily-wage workers, according to project requirements.
• Monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to safety standards, ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly progress reports, including site photographs and updates on work milestones.
• Inspect and verify materials delivery, quality, and storage, ensuring proper stacking, safety, and security of all site resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including attendance sheets, stock registers, material usage logs, and inspection reports.
• Prepare and submit site expense statements and bills for approval promptly.
• Coordinate with the Projects Coordinator/Head of Department to resolve on-site issues and support smooth project execution.

Qualification:

DAE/ B. Tech (Civil)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years with DAE (Civil) and 2 Years with B. Tech (Civil)

Knowledge/Skills:

• Good Knowledge of Building Construction and Drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, machinery and labour management.
• Good knowledge of on field testing for building projects.
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic command on MS. Office
• Basic knowledge of Progress Report Writing and Photography Skills

Note: 

 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and test in Islamabad.

The candidates must own bike having valid driving licence.

The local candidates from Buner and Swat shall be given preference.
